Girma briefly talks about his experience as a new immigrant in Canada, then talks about his role in founding and helping run in an organization for Ethiopian immigrants, as well as some of the past and current issues the organization is facing. Girma also reflects on some issues present within the Ethiopian Canadian community, as well as his hopes for the younger generation.
