Audry, a primary school teacher with the Catholic Board of Education in Toronto, talks about her own understanding of Indigenous culture and history that stems from what she learned in elementary and secondary school. She talks about the fact that this wasn't a topic addressed at the college and univeristy levels. Audry shares her concern about the lack of information available through media and talks about current education curriculums, both public and Catholic, and the introduction of Indigenous issues and culture beginning at the primary level. She goes on to talk about ways that more positive changes could be made.
